Located in Gandaki Province, Baglung District, Shree Devisthan Secondary School was formerly under the Devisthan Village Development Committee and is now situated in Ward No. 1 of Nisikhola Rural Municipality. In its current form, the school has grown into one of the oldest and most prominent educational institutions in western Baglung, recognized as a leading and attractive destination for education, administration, and management in the region.

The school primarily serves Ward No. 1, Ward No. 2, and Ward No. 7 of Nisikhola Rural Municipality, along with Ward No. 2 of the neighbouring Dhorpatan Municipality.
